Note that we are a boutique manufacturer, and spend most of our time in our workshop / atelier.
We try to reply to all emails within 24 hours, but sometimes we just get so caught up in our work that replying to emails gets procrastinated. In advance, our apologies for any possible delay.

(remember that thing which allows you to dial a number and get a real person on the other end?)
