Octa Rack is based on the proven designs and power technology of the Ark console, which is widely considered one of the best sounding consoles on the market.

Octa Rack has dedicated regulators and filters for each slot, ensuring each Octa module gets the cleanest +/- 24 volts.
Octa Rack 500 adds voltage regulators and filters for the +/- 16V rails, making the rack backwards compatible with 500-series modules.
These regulators filter out all the “dirt” on the power lines and guarantee the cleanest power for each module, resulting in much better and more transparent audio quality (they really do).

The result is that any 500, 51x or Octa module will sound better in the Octa Rack than in any other rack.
(and do we need to mention that the Octa Rack does not “hum” or “hiss” or “distort” like so many other 500 racks do?)

Octa Rack and Octa Rack 500 feature 18-pin EDAC connectors.
These connectors are fully compatible with 15-pin 500-series modules.
The extra pins on the 18-pin connector are used for +/- 24V rails, so Octa modules can run on higher voltage, for better sound quality.

Octa - the Modules

A range of modules is available, they all run on high voltage.
Every module is fully Discrete, Class-A circuitry and offers Ultimate Sound Quality.
Octa modules can be installed in the Octa Rack, in the Ark console, or in 51x racks.

All Octa modules have an 18-pin connector, and have been designed to run on +/-24V
These modules are also available in the 500-series format (with 15-pin connector, and running on +/-16V).
